Ear to the Earth

We at Ear to the Earth believe our world has an incredible amount of beauty to offer. We want to spark curiosity about our own living environment. For us, this sense of wonderment is the beginning of caring for our surroundings. We aim to give a voice to places, things, and creatures that are unable to speak for themselves.

Ear to the Earth invites you to listen to our planet.

Conscious listening defines our work.

We explore the noise around us, shaping and arranging sounds we had not noticed before. We create impromptu musical instruments from natural materials and found-objects we collect on-site, making every performance an irreplicable experience.

We also aim to create a sincere sense of community, where your participation is integral. Rather than remaining passive spectators, we encourage you to make music with us as co-creators.

Combining conscious listening, audience participation, and our passion for contemporary music, every Ear to the Earth music performance and workshop becomes an immersive experience.
